France vs Sweden prediction

Sweden were expected to be among the strongest European nations at Milano Cortina and that has certainly proven to be the case so far. As it stands, they sit on a perfect six points from six in their group having played two and won two. It’s been their attacking efficiency and the clinical nature of their finishing that has been most impressive so far, with the Swedes racking up ten goals already after two matches, four against Germany and six vs host nation Italy.

France on the other hand, cannot seem to keep their opponents at bay and after losing heavily to Italy, they came out the wrong end of a close 2-3 game against Japan, leaving them with a mountain to climb already. Sweden are a significantly better team with an offense that should rip apart the French defence based on what we’ve seen so far and that will likely be reflected in the final score. Therefore, back Sweden to triumph comfortably.
