France vs Portugal prediction

France survived a thrilling contest with Ukraine, winning in extra time to set up this semi-final with the tournament favourites and reigning champions, whose attacking brilliance remains the gold standard when it comes to futsal. Portugal smashed Belgium, winning 8-2 in a display of ruthless efficiency going forward and France have their work cut out from a defensive standpoint.

Right now, it’s hard to see any team getting in the way of Portugal and their goal of lifting the trophy for a third straight time and whilst France should prove tougher to break down, Portugal are just too strong offensively to be denied for long. Back the defending champs to triumph and reach yet another final.

France vs Portugal tip: Portugal to win with -1.5 handicap
