Maltese champions Floriana managed to defeat Welsh minnows Haverfordwest County by five goals to three on aggregate in the first qualifying round of this competition. Ballkani reached the group stages of the UEFA Europa Conference League in the 2023/24 campaign, but were then beaten by Larne in the third qualifying round last year.
In the first-leg of this UEFA Europa Conference League second qualifying round tie at the Pristina City Stadium in Prishtina in Kosovo last week, Ballkani managed to defeat Floriana by four goals to two in a game in which the Maltese side twice took the lead in the first-half before the Kosovans eventually turned the game around.
Floriana have proven in all three of their matches in Europe so far this season that they are entertaining to watch and that should continue once again in this second-leg.
