Fiorentina vs Celje Prediction

With former Monza boss Raffaele Palladino at the helm, Fiorentina are looking to make it three UEFA Europa Conference League finals on the bounce. They enjoyed a first-leg victory in Slovenia last week by two goals to one and have given themselves an excellent chance.

I Viola have been a little inconsistent in Serie A over the last few months as they sit just outside of the top seven and the European spots due to a goalless draw with Parma at the weekend. Celje, on the other hand, have surpassed expectations by even reaching the quarter-finals of a European competition – even getting out of the league phase. They have struggled domestically and have slipped away from the top-of-the-table in the Slovenian top-flight.

Fiorentina, especially at the Artemio Franchi, will be confident of getting themselves over the line and into the semi-finals with a fairly comfortable victory in Italy in this second-leg.

Fiorentina vs Celje Tip: Fiorentina to win
