Feyenoord vs Aston Villa prediction

Now coached by former Netherlands captain Robin van Persie, Feyenoord will be expected to be entertaining in Europe this season. They started the league phase of the UEFA Europa League with a low-scoring affair, though, as they were beaten 1-0 by Braga in the north of Portugal a couple of weeks ago.

Aston Villa, with Unai Emery at the helm especially, will believe they have a real chances of winning this competition this season. The Villains ended their winless start to the campaign with a slender 1-0 defeat of Bologna at Villa Park a couple of weeks ago, courtesy of a winner from John McGinn.

Aston Villa, like they were against Bologna, may be cautious and lack fluency this week, and that may lead to another painful watch for the neutral, but they should be able to get the better of the hosts.

Feyenoord vs Aston Villa tip: Double chance – Aston Villa to win or draw & under 3.5 goals
