Fenerbahce vs Aston Villa prediction

Domenico Tedesco’s Fenerbahce come into this one on the back of a 3-2 win over Alanyaspor at the weekend, closing the gap on Galatasaray at the top-of-the-table in the Turkish Super Lig. Fener sit just outside of the top eight and the automatic knockout spots in the 36-team UEFA Europa League league phase table.

Aston Villa, on the other hand, begin the penultimate match day of the season sitting third in the table but only behind Olympique Lyonnais and Midtjylland on goal difference. The Villans did suffer what could be a fatal blow to their title aspirations in the Premier League at the weekend as they succumbed to a 1-0 loss at home to Everton.

Aston Villa have been able to bounce back from the odd defeat in recent months very well but this is a tough test and both teams scoring would seem a good bet in Turkey.
