FCSB vs Man Utd Prediction

FCSB, under the management of Elias Charalambous, sit just about tucked inside of the top eight of the UEFA Europa League league phase, thanks to just one defeat in seven matches.

The Romanians come into this one on the back of a slender 1-0 defeat of UTA Arad at the weekend thanks to a second-half penalty scored by Florin Tanase. Last week, they defeated Azeri champions Qarabag by three goals to two in a game in which they were 1-0 and 2-1 down. They are unbeaten in their last four matches in this competition.

Ruben Amorim has been outspoken in his unhappiness with his Manchester United side but they do come into this one on the back of unconvincing back-to-back victories; firstly with a second-half stoppage-time win against Rangers at Old Trafford last week before then edging past Fulham by a goal to nil at Craven Cottage at the weekend.

FCSB will fancy their chances of getting after a vulnerable and fragile United side, especially in Bucharest. United may rotate and rest players given that it would take something very unlikely to see them fall out of the top eight so a double chance bet in favour of the hosts is good value.
