Faroe Islands vs Czechia prediction
That improvement from the Faroe Islands was on full display the other day as they defeated Montenegro by four goals to nil in an impressive thumping of the Montenegrins up in Torshavn. The Faroese have now managed three victories in qualification after a couple of wins against Malta, too.
They now face a Czechia side that sit below on Croatia at the top of Group L on goal difference, albeit the Croats have a game-in-hand after the two teams shared a goalless draw in Prague the other day. In the reverse fixture between these two sides, Czechia edged past the Faroe Islands by two goals to one.
That slender victory and the fact that Faroese were competitive in attack has shown they can pose a threat to the Czechs, but the visitors do remain the favourites here.
