Lots of eyes will be on Neil Ryan’s England in a bid to unearth the next Phil Foden, Morgan Gibbs-White and Marc Guehi, all of whom were regular starters when they last won this tournament, beating Spain 5-2 in the 2017 final. Whether it be Reigan Heskey, Kaden Braithwaite or Alejandro Gomes Rodriguez to name just three, plenty of England players will be desperate to make a big impact and shine a spotlight on themselves.
The Three Lions come into this match as overwhelming favourites, with a stronger squad than Venezuela both in terms of individual quality and team depth. They may need to be patient with their opponents likely to play with lots of bodies behind the ball but in the end, England should win by a margin of more than one goal.
