Elche preview: Brilliant start
Following their promotion to La Liga last season, it has been a magnificent start to the campaign for Elche as they try and get themselves back to being an established force in the top-flight under the management of Eder Sarabia.
They extended their unbeaten start to the season with a 1-1 draw against Osasuna at El Sadar in Pamplona in midweek, courtesy of a dramatic second-half stoppage-time equaliser scored by former Sevilla left-back Adria Pedrosa.
Celta Vigo preview: Frustrating start
With the brilliant young coaching of Claudio Giraldez, Celta Vigo managed to get themselves a top seven finish and UEFA Europa League qualification last season, but the Galicians have been frustrated at the start of this year.
After a 2-0 loss to Getafe on the opening day, Celta have since shared five successive 1-1 draws before they then began the league phase of the UEFA Europa League with a 2-1 loss to Stuttgart in Germany during the week.
