Egypt vs Botswana Prediction

Botswana have played at just one major tournament in their history but will qualify if they avoid defeat but if they lose and Mauritania win then Mauritania will qualify for Morocco.

The seven-time African champions Egypt have been ruthless and much-improved during this qualifying campaign but their four-match winning streak was ended by a 1-1 draw with Cabo Verde in Praia at Estadio Nacional de Cabo Verde the other day.

Botswana come into this one on the back of a frustrating 1-1 draw against Mauritania at Obed Itani Chilume Stadium in Francistown the other day. Botswana will fancy their chances of sitting back and frustrating the Egyptians in this one.

Egypt will look to put their foot down with an abundance of attacking options including Mohamed Salah, Mostafa Mohamed and Omar Marmoush – and they remain firm favourites.

Egypt vs Botswana Tip: Egypt to win
