Dynamo Kyiv took advantage of the underwhelming season of Shakhtar Donetsk to finish at the top-of-the-table in the Ukrainian Premier League last season, as they take on a Pafos side that have been continually improving over the last half a decade or so.

Dynamo Kyiv come into the third qualifying round on the back of a 6-0 annihilation of Maltese champions Hamrun Spartans with back-to-back 3-0 victories, before beginning their domestic campaign with a victory against Veres Rivne the other day. They now face a Pafos side that edged past Israeli outfit Maccabi Tel-Aviv in the second qualifying round, winning by two goals to one on aggregate.

Dynamo Kyiv do not have their home advantage for this first-leg, and it should be quite an open and entertaining affair with both teams scoring looking a good bet for this one.
