Drita Gjilan come into this one on the back of a 2-1 victory over Malisheva in the Kosovan Superleague at the weekend to leave them third in the table and eight points behind league leaders Prishtina. They started their UEFA Europa Conference League campaign with a 1-1 draw against Kuopion Palloseura in Finland.
Cypriot clubs have been improving in UEFA competition and Omonia Nicosia began the league phase of the third-tier UEFA club competition with a slender 1-0 defeat at home to Bundesliga outfit Mainz. The Cypriots most recently defeated Digenis Ipsona by two goals to one at the Cypriot First Division at the weekend.
Omonia gave Mainz, one of the pre-tournament favourites, a very good game a few weeks ago and they have to be viewed as the favourites for this one in Kosovo.
