Doncaster vs Southampton prediction

Doncaster Rovers have been improving of late, at least in terms of performances, with a 1-1 draw against Bolton Wanderers in which they were the better of the two sides on New Year’s Day. However, that loss does mean that Grant McCann’s side have now won just one of their last 17 matches in League One.

They now face a Southampton side that majorly improved after the departure of Will Still and the instillation of previously interim coach Tonda Eckert but the form has again majorly dipped for Saints, with a 4-0 loss to Middlesbrough at the Riverside Stadium extending their winless run of form to six matches.

Southampton are a team that appear to be a bit of a mess but they really should get themselves on the front foot against quite an average Doncaster side in South Yorkshire.

Doncaster vs Southampton tip: Southampton to win -1 handicap
