Dolphins vs Gold Coast Titans prediction

The Dolphins (9th) are in a form crisis at the worst possible time, having lost their last three games. They are coming off a 58-30 thrashing at the hands of the Manly Sea Eagles in Round 25.

The Titans (17th) are also struggling, having lost their last four games. Their most recent outing was a 32-18 defeat to the New Zealand Warriors. They are now locked in a battle with the Newcastle Knights to avoid the dreaded wooden spoon.

Dolphins winger Jamayne Isaako leads the entire NRL with 246 points, a tally that includes a league-best 103 goals. The Titans have conceded 82 points in two games at Suncorp Stadium in 2025.

Dolphins centre Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow has scored 17 tries in his last 11 games at Suncorp Stadium.

Titans winger Phillip Sami has scored four tries in his last four games against the Dolphins. Dolphins hooker Jeremy Marshall-King will make his 150th NRL appearance. He has scored several tries of late so look for him late in the match.

In the short history of this derby, the Dolphins have had the clear upper hand, winning four of the five NRL matches. This includes a dominant 36-10 victory in Round 5.

This is a must-win game for the Dolphins. A loss will officially end their finals campaign. Despite their own poor form, they come up against the last-placed team in the competition and this has high-scoring shootout written all over it.
