The first-leg of this UEFA Europa Conference League second qualifying round tie saw Dila Gori suffer a 2-1 loss to Riga at the Skonto Stadium in the Latvian capital last week. In that game, Riga opened the scoring via Iago Siqueira Augusto deep into first-half stoppage-time, before Reginaldo Ramires doubled their lead mid-way through the second-half. Dila Gori managed to defeat Luxembourg opposition Racing FC Union Luxembourg by three goals to one on aggregate in the first qualifying round earlier this month, whilst Riga are currently sitting at the top-of-the-table in the Latvian Higher League.
