Two-time Grand Slam of Darts champion Gerwyn Price unsurprisingly made it out of his group although by his own high standards he has perhaps not yet reached the levels required to win this year’s tournament. Having said that, he will fancy his chances against youngster Bradley Brooks, who is enjoying a dream debut in Wolverhampton. The reigning world youth champion did what he needed to do in the groups but this is a huge step-up and Price’s experience in the latter stages of tournaments will surely tell here. Backing the Welshman alone does not provide good enough value so consider adding the handicap of -4.5 legs to increase the returns.
