Czechia vs Montenegro Prediction

Czechia come into this one on the back of a 4-0 demolition of Gibraltar in their most recent outing in March thanks to goals from Vaclav Cerny, Patrik Schick, Petr Sulc and Jan Kliment. That followed up a slender 2-1 defeat of the Faroe Islands to mean that they are now unbeaten in their last seven matches.

They now face a Montenegro side that also managed a narrow defeat of the Faroe Islands, with a late goal scored in Niksic a few days after they had gone behind at home to Gibraltar via Dan Bent in the 13th minute before the Montenegrins earned themselves three points thanks to goals from Stevan Jovetic, Marko Tuci and Adam Marusic.

Czechia and Montenegro enjoyed similar starts to qualifying for the 2026 FIFA World Cup but the Czechs remain the firm favourites for this one, especially with their home advantage.
