Czechia come into this one on the back of elimination from FIFA World Cup 2026 in the group stages with defeats to Korea Republic and Mexico either side of a 1-1 draw with South Africa and former Spain youth coast Santi Denia has now been appointed.
Croatia reached the round of 32 of FIFA World Cup 2026, harshly beaten by Portugal in their first knockout tie. Zlatko Dalic did an excellent job in charge of the Croats and he has now been replaced by former manager Slaven Bilic.
Slaven Bilic will likely play a fun style of football in charge of Croatia and the same can be said for Santi Denia’s Czechs so both teams scoring seems a decent bet.
