Cremonese preview: Strong start
Having gained promotion to Serie A last season, Cremonese decided to appoint the so-called ‘miracle worker’ of Italy’s top-flight, Davide Nicola, and they have started the campaign very well as they sit tucked inside the top-half of the table.
Cremonese now come into this one on the back of a comfortable and impressive 2-0 defeat of struggling Genoa at the Luigi Ferraris at the weekend, courtesy of a brace of goals scored by attacker Federico Bonazzoli.
Juventus preview: Another new era
Having suffered a slender 1-0 defeat to Lazio at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome last weekend, Juventus decided to part company with Igor Tudor and he was replaced by former Internazionale, Roma, Napoli and Italy boss Luciano Spalletti.
The Bianconeri, with Spalletti in the stands for the time being, managed to defeat Udinese by three goals to one in midweek with Dusan Vlahovic and Kenan Yildiz penalties sandwiching a Federico Gatti strike mid-way through the second-half.
Cremonese team news: A few injuries
Cremonese are also dealing with a few key injury issues for this weekend as Giuseppe Pezzella is sidelined alongside Alberto Grassi, Michele Collocolo and Faris Moumbagna.
Predicted XI (3-1-4-2): Audero; Terracciano, Baschirotto, Bianchetti; Bondo; Barbieri, Payero, Vandeputte, Floriani Mussolini; Vardy, Bonazzoli

Juventus team news: Thuram out

Cremonese vs Juventus prediction
Cremonese have been surprisingly strong at the start of this season after an extremely busy summer transfer window. As a newly-promoted club, it appeared a smart choice to bring in Davide Nicola, too. Luciano Spalletti may need time at Juve but he won’t get it as they need to bounce back immediately. They remain favourites but are limited in terms of cohesion and clarity, which won’t help against stubborn opposition.
