Cremonese vs Genoa prediction

Following their promotion to the top-flight last season, Cremonese began the campaign quite well but they are now beginning this match day just two places outside of the bottom three and the relegation places. Their most recent outing saw them suffer a 2-1 loss away to Atalanta in Bergamo last weekend.

They now face a Genoa side that had initially improved with Daniele De Rossi replacing Patrick Vieira in early November but the visitors do come into this one on the back of back-to-back defeats, having most recently succumbed to back-to-back 3-2 losses against Lazio and then Napoli.

Even in those defeats, Genoa showed quality and fight. They now face a Cremonese side that are winless in their last ten matches and a Genoa win is to be expected.
