Cincinnati have managed one victory with two draws in three matches of the Eastern Conference campaign. The home team managed to hammer Universidad Organizacion y Metodo by 13 goals to nil on aggregate in the first round.
They now face a Tigres UANL side that most recently defeated manager-less Monterrey by a goal to nil in their most recent outing. The visitors had been in poor form of late but appear to be turning a corner.
While results have begun to slightly improve for the visitors, it is still expected that Cincinnati should at least avoid defeat with their home advantage here.
