Chennaiyin vs NorthEast United Prediction

NorthEast United must be proving an extremely frustrating side to all who support them, mainly because you never know these days what you’re going to get. Their last five has seen them win two, draw one and lose two, with no result having been repeated back-to-back. They take on a Chennaiyin side who’ve suffered consistency issues themselves of late, winning two and losing two of their most recent four in the ISL.

However, Chennaiyin have only recently beaten the likes of East Bengal by three goals to nil and Punjab at home by two goals to one. They’ll be expected to take the game to NorthEast United and try to impose themselves on the visitors from an attacking perspective.

But NorthEast United know that Chennaiyin can be vulnerable defensively and are more than capable of matching the home side from a scoring point of view. Following the inconsistencies of both sides though, a smart move would be backing the draw with neither doing enough to come out on top.

Chennaiyin vs NorthEast United Tip: Draw
