Chelsea vs Roma prediction

Chelsea are one of only three unbeaten teams remaining in the league phase following a hard-fought 1-1 draw with three-time champions Barcelona on Matchday 4, with Sonia Bompastor's side currently in a strong position when it comes to direct quarter-final qualification.

The Blues did suffer their first 2025-26 defeat in any competition on Sunday, though, suffering a surprise 0-1 loss at home to Everton.

Roma, by contrast, are yet to register a win in the league phase, although they did pick up their first point in a 1-1 draw with OH Leuven in Belgium last time out. However, they have likely left themselves with too much work to do now when it comes to their prospects of advancing into the knockout rounds.

The Italian side are top of Serie A Femminile but they do not have enough quality to compete with the top sides in Europe. That reality is likely to be on show again here, with a comfortable home win expected.

Chelsea vs Roma tip: Double result – Chelsea / Chelsea
