Chelsea vs Paris FC prediction

Despite topping the Women's Super League, it's fair to say that Chelsea aren't quite firing on all cylinders in the early weeks of the season and that was evident from their frustrating 1-1 draw away to Twente in their league phase opener last week.

Having recouped some key players from injury in time for the 1-0 victory over Tottenham over the weekend though, the English champions look better placed to record their first league phase victory this time around.

Standing in their way are a Paris FC side who started well against OH Leuven last week, going in to the half-time break two goals to the good, but they let their opponents back in in the second half and ultimately had to settle for a point in a 2-2 draw.

Although Chelsea haven't been scoring with regularity of late, they have generally been defensively solid and we're expecting them to keep Paris FC at bay in a home win.
