Celtic vs Stuttgart prediction
Celtic come into this one on the back of a dramatic and late, turnaround victory away at Livingston to help close the gap on league leaders Hearts in the Scottish Premiership. In what is Martin O’Neill’s second stint in charge this season, their performances have improved albeit the tactical limitations in Europe have been exposed.
They now face one of Europe’s most entertaining teams to watch, Stuttgart, who have been brilliant once again under the management of highly-rated coach Sebastian Hoeness. The visitors squeezed themselves into the top four in the Bundesliga the other day, too, with a 3-1 win over Cologne.
While the visitors have their own league and cup commitments, they will remain entirely focused on this and they simply seem to be a better side than their opponents.
