Cardiff vs Peterborough prediction

It was a humiliating campaign for Cardiff City last season after the sacking of Erol Bulut in September, bizarre tenure of Omer Riza and then Aaron Ramsey overseeing the Bluebirds relegation. Things appear difficult off the pitch and no new signings have yet arrived with the risky appointment of Brian Barry-Murphy having been made.

In contrast, Peterborough United are seeking to return to being promotion challengers this year after a woeful campaign for Posh last season. As ever, their squad has seen a lot of churn with quite a few key first-teamers having departed, but, as ever, they have also invested heavily, at least in relative terms for League One.

Peterborough will likely be as attacking as ever and it may well be a good opportunity to take a Cardiff club in decline by surprise at the Cardiff City Stadium this weekend.

Cardiff vs Peterborough tip: Double chance – Peterborough to win or draw
