Canberra Raiders vs Canterbury Bulldogs prediction

After a thrilling 15-14 triumph over the Dragons in Las Vegas to open up the 2026 campaign, Canterbury Bulldogs will have needed the bye-week that came their way last round, no doubt compensating for the long trip back home and allowing their players to rest, recuperate and get ready for another road game here.

Canberra Raiders are smarting after being comfortably beaten by New Zealand Warriors last Friday, as their defence was chopped up in a 40-6 defeat. However, the Warriors are a strong team and Canberra are yet to play at home until now, so a big improvement should be seen. It’s clear that home form will be crucial for the Raiders and their offense is certainly capable of clicking into gear against the Bulldogs. Against a possibly rusty Bulldogs squad, backing Canberra looks a shrewd play.
