Canada vs France prediction

Canada could opt to rest players with very little at stake here from their point of view. But momentum is important and they’ll likely want to ensure that everyone on the team gets enough time on the ice as they gear up for the knockout stage. They should dominate a French side without a win to their name and with ten goals conceded across their recent defeats at the hands of Switzerland and Czechia respectively.

There was plenty of anticipation for centre Macklin Celebrini’s first Olympic campaign with Team Canada, after the San Jose Sharks wonderkid made the roster at the age of just 19. So far, the number one pick in the 2024 NHL draft hasn’t disappointed, scoring in each of Canada’s two matches so far and may well do so again against France if given enough ice time.

Canada vs France tip: Canada to win and Macklin Celebrini to score anytime
