Canada vs England prediction
In last weekend's semi-final, Canada produced a sensational tactical performance to end New Zealand's hopes of a third straight Women's World Cup crown, defeating the Black Ferns 34-19 to reach their second ever final.
A semi-professional side and having relied on crowdfunding for their World Cup budget, the achievement of Kevin Rouet's side cannot be understated and they will once again relish their underdog status as they take on the hosts in Twickenham.
England reached a seventh successive Women's World Cup final with a gritty 35-17 victory over France in Bristol.
Twice champions, their last triumph came against Canada in 2014, so they will be hoping that history repeats itself rather than falling to a seventh final defeat.
With home support behind them, England have to be seen as favourites here but Canada will provide stubborn resistance and will make the Red Roses work for every advantage. This should be a fairly even contest, but we expect the hosts to prevail.
