Australia vs New Zealand prediction

The Bledisloe Cup will remain with New Zealand following their emphatic 50-19 victory at Eden Park last weekend, but Australia will have a chance to make amends in Sydney this time around in what is their final home Test of 2026.

The Wallabies were very much in the contest last week, and were only three points behind the All Blacks at half-time. However, Dave Rennie's New Zealand took full control after the break and asserted their superiority.

Both camps were hit with a number of injuries in that contest and will be forced to field quite different sides this time around. The outcome of this contest will depend on who adapts to the absences better, but it's clear that New Zealand boast superior strength in depth and they seem better equipped to deal with these circumstances.

We don't expect the scoreline to be as one-sided this time, especially in Sydney, and there have certainly been plenty of positives since Les Kiss stepped into the Wallabies hot seat. However, we can only see one winner.
