Burton vs Mansfield prediction

Former Blackburn Rovers and Blackpool boss Gary Bowyer managed to steer Burton Albion clear of the bottom four and the relegation places in League One, with an excellent run of form in the second-half of the season. The Brewers have recently just lost striker Rumarn Burrell to Queens Park Rangers.

Mansfield Town completely collapsed in the second-half of last season. Following their promotion from League Two in 2024, the Stags had been much-improved last year, but they eventually fell from pushing for the top six to avoiding relegation in their penultimate game of the 2024/25 campaign in League One last year.

Burton Albion will believe that Bowyer has enough managerial quality to steer them away from the bottom four, and siding with them with their home advantage seems a good bet.

Burton vs Mansfield tip: Double chance – Burton to win or draw
