Burnley vs Derby prediction

Scott Parker is the arch pragmatist and his Burnley side is likely to be heavily rotated for this one. The Clarets started their Premier League season with a 3-0 loss to Tottenham Hotspur in north London on the opening day, but the Lancastrians got themselves up and running the other day as they defeated Sunderland by two goals to nil.

Derby County will head to Turf Moor on the back of a 1-1 draw with Bristol City at Pride Park in a game in which they were the better of the two sides. The Rams have started without a win in the Championship so far, but performances haven’t been too poor and there is an expectation that John Eustace will have them pushing up the table.

Derby will use this as a good way to get confidence and form, and Burnley will likely heavily rotate, so siding with the visitors would appear a good value bet for this one.

Burnley vs Derby tip: Double chance – Derby to win or draw
