Bristol City vs Middlesbrough prediction

Bristol City come into this one on the back of a slender 1-0 loss to league leaders Coventry City at the Coventry Building Society Arena in their most recent outing, last weekend. That means that the Robins have now managed just one win in their last five games, and just two wins in their last nine.

They now face a Middlesbrough side that, after Kim Hellberg was appointed to replace Rob Edwards, have maintained their tilt to finish in the top two, where they currently have a five-point cushion ahead of third place Millwall. ‘Boro’s 2-1 win against Queens Park Rangers at the Riverside last week made it four victories on the bounce.

Middlesbrough head to Gloucestershire in fine form, and given the form of Bristol City, siding with the Smoggies would appear the way to go for this one.

Bristol City vs Middlesbrough tip: Double chance – Middlesbrough to win or draw
