Brisbane Roar and Perth Glory are separated by just one place in the A-League table and neither have impressed in recent weeks.

Brisbane Roar vs Perth Glory prediction

Brisbane Roar are stuck in a real rut with just one point accrued in their last five A-League matches and whilst they’ve showed promising signs defensively, a lack of cutting edge going forward is now hurting them. But Perth Glory are a team whom they should be scoring against more than once when considering that the visitors have shipped seven goals across their last two games, both of which have ended in defeat for Perth.

When you take into account the bad form of these two teams, it would be understandable to assume that we could be in for a turgid encounter. But Perth’s awful recent defensive performances may tip the scales in Brisbane’s favour, along with home advantage and it’s worth considering utilising the double chance market and backing the hosts to pick up at least a point and potentially all three.

Brisbane Roar vs Perth Glory tip: Double chance - Brisbane Roar/draw
