Brisbane Broncos vs Cronulla Sharks prediction
Something is clearly not right in the Brisbane Broncos camp, with Michael Maguire's struggling side now riding a seven-game losing streak after their 24-18 defeat to the Sydney Roosters last time out.
Maguire will have hoped their bye-week will have given them a chance to reset, and while there was marginal improvement, they are still way off the levels they were showing at the beginning of the campaign.
Cronulla Sharks, meanwhile, saw their four-game winning streak come to an end with a 27-8 defeat to the Roosters a couple of weeks ago, but they themselves were afforded a bye-week following that loss and they will come into this one fresh and raring to go.
The Broncos are in a serious rut right now, and it also doesn't help that some of their key men are currently on Origin duty. The Sharks will sense blood here, and should be backed.
