Brentford vs Man City prediction

Brentford take on one of the Manchester clubs at home for a second weekend in a row after seeing off struggling Man Utd 3-1 at the Gtech last time out.

The Bees were worth every bit of their victory against the Red Devils, in what was their second Premier League win of the season, but they will be under no illusion as to the size of the task facing them here against Pep Guardiola's men.

Man City haven't exactly been firing on all cyclinders as Guardiola looks to bed in a new style of play to suit his personnel, but when you have Erling Haaland in your ranks, there is every chance you will find the net with regularity.

The Norwegian, who struck twice in the 5-1 victory against Burnley last weekend and a further two in the midweek UEFA Champions League draw with Monaco, has scored an incredible 17 goals in just ten appearances for club and country in 2025-26. With such compelling numbers behind him, he seems an obvious choice in the anytime goalscorer market.

Brentford vs Man City tip: Erling Haaland to score anytime
