We have a potentially thrilling west London derby taking place at the Gtech Community Stadium between two sides still pushing for European qualification from the final two games.

Kick-off date/time:

How to watch on TV: UK – Not televised / US – Not televised

How to watch online: UK – Cannot be streamed / US – Peacock

Brentford preview: Buzzing Bees

Brentford come into this one on the back of a continuation of their excellent form as they defeated Ipswich Town by a goal to nil at Portman Road thanks to a strike from Germany international Kevin Schade in the 18th minute as they chase European qualification.

That was the Bees’ fourth successive victory in the Premier League and Thomas Frank’s side have continued their evolution as a Premier League stalwart with a more exciting style of football that has produced 116 goals in their 36 matches.

Fulham preview: Frustrated Fulham

Marco Silva, on the other hand, is being heavily linked with a move away from Craven Cottage this summer and the Cottagers have slipped away from the potential European spots this season with this game now being a must win clash for the west Londoners.

They took the lead against an out of form Everton side at the Cottage last weekend but eventually succumbed to a humbling 3-1 loss to the Toffees. That means they have now lost seven of their last ten matches across all competitions.

Brentford team news: Hickey could return

In his pre-match press conference, Brentford boss Thomas Frank has confirmed that Norway international centre-back Kristoffer Ajer has returned following a 'minor injury'. Scotland international Aaron Hickey could finally make a long awaited return to the squad this weekend, too.

Predicted XI (4-2-3-1): Flekken; Kayode, Collins, Van den Berg, Lewis-Potter; Norgaard, Yarmolyuk; Mbeumo, Damsgaard, Schade; Wissa

Unavailable: Janelt (Injured), Dasilva (Injured), Carvalho (Injured)

Questionable: Hickey (Fitness)

Fulham team news: Several issues

Marco Silva has confirmed that both Antonee Robinson and Sasa Lukic will be assessed ahead of their short trip to face Brentford this weekend. However, the Cottagers do have a quartet of confirmed absentees such as Timothy Castagne, Harrison Reed, Reiss Nelson and Rodrigo Muniz.

Predicted XI (4-2-3-1): Leno; Tete, Andersen, Bassey, Sessegnon; Pereira, Berge; Wilson, Smith Rowe, Iwobi; Jimenez

Unavailable: Castagne (Injured), Reed (Injured), Nelson (Injured), Muniz (Injured)

Questionable: Robinson (Injured), Lukic (Injured)

Brentford vs Fulham prediction

These two sides have followed similar trajectories in the last few seasons and that has been the case once again as they both compete for European qualification. It is expected to be quite a fun watch for the neutral at the Gtech Community Stadium, as is often the case for games involving Brentford but also often the case for games involving Fulham and especially between these two sides in recent years.

Brentford vs Fulham tip: Over 2.5 goals
