Braga vs Levski Sofia prediction

Under the management of Carlos Vicens, Braga shared a goalless draw with Levski Sofia at the Georgi Asparuhov in the Bulgarian capital in the first-leg of their UEFA Europa League second qualifying round tie last week.

Braga did reach the league phase of the UEFA Europa League last season and they came close to finishing above Porto in the Portuguese Primeira Liga, and breaking up ‘Os Tres Grandes’, but their manager from last season, Carlos Carvalhal, has since departed the club. They face a Levski Sofia side that defeated Hapoel Be’er Sheva on penalties in the first qualifying round earlier this month.

Braga will believe they have avoided humiliation already and that home advantage makes their progress into the third qualifying round more or less a formality.
