Bradford Bulls vs St. Helens prediction
St Helens were one of the outstanding teams in the first half of the Super League season but they have gone off the boil somewhat in the last month.
They suffered three defeats on the spin against Castleford, Leeds and Warrington which saw them lose touch with the leaders but they stopped the rot last week with an important 38-6 win over bottom club Huddersfield to get back on track.
Injuries have certainly played a part and they have more to contend with here as Mark Percival, Daryl Clark, Matt Whitley and George Whitby all miss out leaving them stretched even further.
Bradford Bulls have their own injury troubles however as they are without ten players themselves.
They have lost their last two matches and this period of the season is proving to be something of a slog for them.
That said, their home form has been strong this season in front of their passionate fan base and they can also take heart from pushing Saints all the way the last time they met when they lost narrowly 26-22 in March.
It is hard to have too much confidence in the Bulls right now but they have to be the pick to keep it within ten against the injury-ravaged Saints.
Bradford Bulls vs St. Helens tip: Bradford Bulls +10.5 points
