Bournemouth vs West Brom Prediction

AFC Bournemouth are pushing for European qualification in the Premier League and the Cherries may also fancy themselves a cup run as they come up against Championship playoff chasers West Bromwich Albion at the Vitality Stadium.

Andoni Iraola’s Cherries are currently on their longest ever unbeaten run of form in the top-flight. They most recently defeated Everton by a goal to nil last weekend and that means they have now not suffered a defeat in their last eight matches as they sit seventh in the top-flight as they chase a historic rise into UEFA competition.

West Bromwich Albion lost manager Carlos Corberan to Valencia over the festive period with the Baggies in the hunt for the top six. Steve Cooper has been linked but they remain without a permanent manager ahead of this one. Despite that, they managed to defeat Preston North End on New Year’s Day before a draw with Swansea City last weekend.

Bournemouth are, of course, the firm favourites for this one, especially with their home advantage, but rotation could mean West Brom are able to create a few chances of their own.
