Bologna vs Udinese prediction

Bologna come into this one on the back of backing up a much-needed 2-1 defeat of Torino in Serie A last weekend by edging past Brann by a goal to nil in Norway in midweek in the first-leg of their UEFA Europa League knockout playoff round tie with an early goal scored by Santiago Castro.

Udinese have slipped into the bottom-half of Serie A after back-to-back losses. The same thing has happened in a few of Udinese’s recent seasons, whereby they perform well before massively drifting and now firmly in ‘on the beach’ mode as early as mid-February.

With home advantage and a newfound belief and confidence that should have been developed over the last week, Bologna should come out on top here.
