Birmingham vs Hull prediction

Chris Davies’ style of football in charge of Birmingham City worked very well when dominant in League One but they have to earn the right to play that way in the second-tier. The Blues come into this one on the back of a frustrating draw yet again as they shared a 1-1 draw with Wrexham at the Racecourse Ground.

They face a Hull City side that, under the management of Semir Jakirovic, were expected to struggle throughout the campaign and they started better than was expected. The Tigers most recently managed to defeat Yorkshire rivals Sheffield United by a goal to nil a couple of weeks ago at the MKM Stadium.

Hull will believe they can be very effective on the counter attack in Birmingham this weekend and the pressure is on the hosts so it could explode into a good watch for the neutral.

Birmingham vs Hull tip: Both teams to score
