Benfica held out for almost an hour against holders Arsenal on Matchday 2, but the English side ultimately ran out 0-2 winners in Portugal, leaving Ivan Baptista's side still searching for their first points of the league phase.
The Portuguese outfit are top of their domestic league having picked up 16 points from the first 18 available, but they are finding it tough against Europe's elite.
After an excellent draw with Chelsea in their league phase opener, Twente looked set for a win away at OH Leuven last time out, but conceded twice late on to come away from Belgium with nothing to show for their efforts.
They will still be smarting from that defeat, but Benfica will likewise feel aggrieved at their results in the competition. Both will be eyeing this fixture as one to collect points from, and with neither having kept a clean sheet in the league phase, expect both teams to find the back of the net.
