Key stats

  • Belarus have lost their last nine World Cup qualifying matches, since a 4-2 victory at home against Estonia in March 2021.
  • Denmark have lost only one of their last 21 World Cup qualifying matches (W16 D4).
  • Denmark have kept ten clean sheets in their last 12 World Cup qualifying matches.

Belarus vs Denmark prediction

Belarus come into this one on the back of being thrashed 5-1 by Greece in Athens during the September international break before then losing by two goals to nil to Scotland at the ZTE Arena in Hungary last month. The Belarusians had been on a three-match winning streak against Tajikistan, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan at the start of 2025.

They now face a Denmark side that will believe they can evolve their style to benefit their array of attacking talent, with former Anderlecht boss Brian Riemer at the helm. The Danes were held to a goalless draw by Scotland last month before then Greece by three goals to nil away from home.

The fact that this is on neutral territory only makes it even more likely that Denmark will win quite comfortably and they should come out on top with ease in Hungary.

Belarus vs Denmark tip: Denmark to win -1 handicap
