The second-leg of this UEFA Europa Conference League third qualifying round tie is taking place at the neutral venue of the Ilie Oana Stadium in Ploiesti in Romania, due to the ongoing conflict between Palestine and Israel.
The first-leg of this tie in the Latvian capital saw Latvian league leaders Riga hammer Beitar Jerusalem by three goals to nil. After a tense first-half, Riga opened the scoring in the 47th minute via Reginaldo Ramires, before the Brazilian attacker made it a brace about 15 or so minutes later. Riga then sealed their three-goal advantage thanks to a 69th minute goal scored by Baba Musah.
Beitar Jerusalem do not even have their home advantage to fall back on here and, having to go all out attack, siding with Riga on the counter seems a good bet for this one.
