Barnet vs Fleetwood prediction

Barnet were extremely impressive as they won the National League last season, and they are expected to be contenders for promotion again. They have already suffered a competitive defeat this season, though, losing to Newport County on penalties in the preliminary round of the EFL Cup in midweek, after fighting back from 2-0 down.

They now face a Fleetwood Town side that generally played quite well last season without the results, and they have now brought in some impressive signings to support Pete Wild. The Cod Army will be expected to play quite a front foot and aggressive style of football, that, when it clicks, can be very fun to watch from a neutral’s perspective.

Barnet are expected to take the game to Fleetwood at The Hive, but Fleetwood have plenty of scoring threat themselves so a fun watch for the neutral is to be expected.

Barnet vs Fleetwood tip: Over 2.5 goals
