Barcelona vs OH Leuven prediction

Former champions Barcelona have scored 11 goals in their first two league phase victories against Bayern Munich (7-1) and away at Roma (0-4), more than any other team heading into Matchday 3, and they are looking every bit the team to beat this season.

Pere Romeu's side have also been scoring goals for fun domestically; they top Liga F and most recently beat Deportivo 8-0 on Sunday, with all their goals being scored in the first half.

OH Leuven, who are making their debut in European competition this season, have been one of the surprise packages so far have taken four points from their opening two league phase games. Indeed, they are unbeaten in their six games in the UEFA Women's Champions League this season, including qualifying.

After coming from 2-0 down to draw at Paris FC on Matchday 1, another turnaround saw them beat Twente 2-1 last time out after Linde Veefkind and Zenia Mertens struck late for the Belgian side.

Barcelona represent a significant step-up in quality though, with the hosts a class apart from most teams in the competition. Despite the visitors' hugely encouraging start, expect the Catalan giants to rack up a few goals here.

Barcelona vs OH Leuven tip: Barcelona to win by four or more goals
