A home game against relegation bound opposition is very rarely much of an occasion for Barcelona but there is pressure on as they now become the chasers.

Barcelona vs Levante prediction

Barcelona have given up their lead at the top of La Liga. Results have been good but performances have been mediocre for a while now and they were punished for that last weekend in a Catalan derby against Girona, in which a 2-1 loss was a scoreline that flattered the Blaugrana.

Levante had shown signs of improvement after the appointment of Luis Castro over the winter break but the Valencians now appear destined, once again, for the drop with that slight improvement appearing to have been a false dawn.

Despite their deficiencies, Levante will still try and get at the fallible Barca back line but a home win is still to be expected at Camp Nou.

Barcelona vs Levante tip: Barcelona to win & over 2.5 goals
