League D of the 2026-27 UEFA Nations League continues with a bit of a mis-match in Baku as Azerbaijan come up against a very poor Liechtenstein side.

Azerbaijan vs Liechtenstein prediction
Azerbaijan succumbed to relegation from League C in the 2024-25 UEFA Nations League. The Azeris began their UEFA Nations League campaign with a 1-1 draw against Lithuania in Kaunas the other day.
Liechtenstein are perhaps now the weakest team in European international football and they have now succumbed to four successive 2-0 victories against Malta, Lithuania, Cyprus and Andorra since being beaten 4-1 by Aruba in March.
That draw against the Lithuanians means that Azerbaijan have lost just one of their last six matches and they will be expected to ease to a comfortable victory here.
